I got excellent customer service and advice from Kayla, and instructor Greg Marvin is fun to work with, serious about diving safety, and a nice guy. The shop can get busy on weekend afternoons, so if you want personal assistance, try to come at a time that's not so busy. A great Dive Shop experience.
