Pushy staff Not OK In My Book - 08/22/2008 09:14:41
Ashley from Tampa, FL
Last time I took a trip to this store, I was looking into spearing gear to judge costs on if I could afford to pursue this hobby . For whatever reason, the woman on staff decided to tell me I wasn't experienced enough in diving to bother with spearing (nevermind she did not know my certification, number of dives logged, etc!) and I should take classes with their shop just to make sure. I understand the need to make class sales, but that's hardly the way to go about it. I politely excused myself from the store. Perhaps next time, someone with more tact can speak to me.
